Overview

Storm Drains manage excess water during rainfall events. A storm drain system is made up of components for catching, conveying, detention, and quality treatment. Curb inlets allow water to flow directly from paved surfaces to a storm sewer.

We have the basic version shown where the cast iron skirt flows with the curb and there are others where a slab of concrete with a manhole access sit on top.

O scale 24″ x 36″ Curb Inlet Frame & Grate

The – 24″ x 36″ dimension refers to the grate. The frame was then made to fit the grate (O scale 24″ x 36″ Curb Inlet Frame & Grate). Everything else – just kinda sorta flowed into place with the Catch Basin measuring right at 32.4″ x 48″.

Catch Basins

The Curb Inlet has the companion Catch Basin available in three heights – 48″, 60″ and 72″for the 15″, 18″ and 24″ Bell End Concrete Pipe. They are available in 60″ and 72″ for  the 30″ pipe.
